Cycle 1 Week 2 - Benchpress
Felt extremely weak when it came to the plus set at the end but I busted my ass and pushed 8 out at least. Assistance work really whipped up on me as well. DB Bench and row were supersetted with just a few minutes of rest between each superset.

- 3+ x 180lb (8) Est 1RM ~ 227lb
Assistance
- DB Bench Press - 5 x 15 w/ 30lb DBs
- DB Row - 5 x 10 w/ 60lb DB
